Ulta Beauty

I was a bit leery going in after reading some of the reviews...but I really needed help find the right items for myself, online reviews are one thing, but personal help when you're having a hard time is MUCH better. I wish I caught her name today but hopefully next time I am in I will, but she was absolutely wonderful helping me find the things I needed exsp. the foundation, she showed me a trick on how to find the right shade on my neck. I will actually look for her again to help me. The store itself was clean, everything was laid out fantastically and easy to find. So glad I took the chance!

I love this Ulta location, so glad they opened closer to me!! Clinton has been amazing every time I go here. The whole staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is always so nice and clean, even on Black Friday. Thanks Ulta and team, makes for a great shopping experience 🥰

hi i recently when into ulta and i hate to be that person but there is a lady there im pretty sure shes a manager and she always wears this same pink shirt and she smells horrible. i understand smelling bad sometimes but to smell that bad in a place where they advertise perfumes and body hygiene products, theres no reason i should be able to smell you from such a far distance. i told one of the employees and she seemed a little bit embarrassed for her but its totally unacceptable to smell that bad. not only is it unacceptable its super unprofessional. i could smell her even at the register i actually had to hold my breath. and yes its that bad. i feel too bad to say something to her personally but if this is still an issue i might have to contact ulta beauty head quarters.

i was reading through the reviews and i saw someone bring up the very same issue i felt too nervous to point out but i feel as though this issue needs to be addressed. there is an employee who’s name is andria or something like that and you can literally smell her from the line for the cash registers. everytime i go in and she is working there is an impossible to miss odor, that cannot be sanitary! it has to violate some code because that is a health issue that needs to be taken care of. i literally cannot even shop in peace because the smell is so unbearable, idk how her coworkers manage it. i’m so sorry to be disrespectful but the smell has been there for months..

I recently got some ink work done and needed something to moisturize the my ink & skin. When I entered I was greeted by three employees and asked me if I needed any assistance. I informed them of my needs and one of the employees escorted me to the aisle and recommend a few products (she was great). I headed to the checkout and was rung up by Clinton. During checkout, he asked me for a phone number. I said I'd rather not. He went into further detail regarding ULTA's regard program. He asked me again and I declined. At this point he said the phone number did not need to be my personal phone number and said it could be a friend or families phone number. I ag
