Over the last three months, I have spent six hundred dollars on my hair to be bleached and toned and then get roots and retoned at later appointments. I had an expectation that the stylist would attempt to achieve what her client was looking for tone wise. On the first appointment, I recognized that i wouldn’t get exactly what I wanted as my hair would have to be lightened and that was the more important thing to be achieved and we got there. The two subsequent appointments to get roots done and toned the way I wanted wasn’t at all achieved, but easily could have been. I went home from the second appt. with warm blonde tones even though I asked her to get me as cool toned as possible . It looked like I did it myself, warm, patchy and bleach bands showing.
