Shout out Elizabeth for helping me find a perfect foundation. The store was pretty busy when I visited but she still took the time to help me find what I was looking for! She was very knowledgeable of the products in store and very kind during my visit. 5 stars for her wonderful service!

ulta is the only store i go to for my makeup and skincare, and i've been to several locations. i usually go to the location by willowbrook, but i was in the area for an appointment and needed foundation. when i walked in, the person in the front gave no greeting, but did to the person behind me. ok, whatever. it took me ages to find where my foundation should be, and not one person approached me to ask if i needed assistance. again, ok, whatever. apparently my foundation is now an online only purchase, and i've used the same thing forever, so i had to try and find something else. i was in the store for a good 45 minutes and not one person approached me to ask if I needed anything. plenty of people were there, helping other people, but would just eye me and not say a word. i honestly would

Curly hair girl with “texture” here! Please book your silk press with Brittney H. She knows her craft and can serve ALL clients. She was careful not to stretch my curls while cutting my hair. Her blow drying technique is on point (Moisturizer ✅ Frizz Control ✅ Heat protectant ✅) My silk press was flawless and my cut was immaculate. I will easily be able to go natural or straighten my hair because she was mindful of my natural texture during the cut. Brittney sees US!

The associate was so helpful ... I dont typically wear makeup but they were able to give me great advice

On my visit Aug. 27, 25 Mailyn (not sure on the spelling) was very helpful in picking out blush and eye shadow for my skin tone. She walked me all around the store and was very easy to chat with. Thank you for your help. Will be back again.
