I scheduled an appointment for my 3 year old to get her hair cut with Shantea L. She was patient and educating me on how to care for my daughters hair. I was very nervous about taking my daughter to get her haircut because I wasn't sure how she would act/behave, but to my surprise she did good. Shantea L. was then able to help me pick out a leave-in conditioner and educate me on how to use it. The Benefit Brow Bar is top notch because of Alexa. Alexa has tinted and waxed my brows a few times now and they are perfect. Alexa takes her time - treats me like I am the only person in the store. Alexa is very knowledgeable and extremely talented. If I have a question or concern, Alexa will listen and provide suggestions or clarification. Zoe at the register was the MOST helpful. Such an angel! ❤️ she had great customer service and it felt like she really cared for me as a customer. She also told me about products that i never knew of before that I decided to pick up and i LOVE SO MUCH! I will be using everyday.
