I recently got my hair cut with the wonderful Raven. My hair is very compromised and she took the time during the consultation to understand what I wanted and explaining how my hair integrity might affect the hair cut. She also took time to do a hair treatment, she explained how the product worked and why she loved it. She took the time to answer all my questions. A week later I'm still amazed how much better my hair feels. I came back to purchase the product and was disappointed to hear stylists dont get commission on products they upsell. I would not have picked up the product if it werent for Raven. I will be using the hair mask and I will be coming back to continue getting my hair cut by Raven.

Super rude, clueless girls. I placed a pickup order the day before, showed up, and somehow it “wasn’t ready.” Instead of fixing it, they made me re-buy everything and told me to cancel my original pickup order myself. When I asked how to do that, their response was, “I don’t know, everyone’s app is different,” with full snobby attitude. I left the store annoyed, and—no joke—10 minutes later I get a notification saying my order is ready for pickup. Absolute incompetence. Now I’m waiting on a refund 😒

ZERO STARS!!! Very unprofessional staff and management. I dread coming to these establishments with my wife because the “profiling” is INSANE. From the moment we walked in. Their staff kept asking me “Can I help you find something” literally every 25 seconds. The “profiling” got so bad another customer overheard them and asked to the staff to LEAVE THE MAN ALONE. I just made a TikTok video about this place and the video has over 500,000 views at this point. We’re tired of these low level employees passing their own judgement on paying customers. You make us feel so uncomfortable to a point where you’re practically begging us to leave without saying it. So, went to Sephora a block away and phew it was literally night and day.
