First I go in talk to a manager to schedule a appt. I make it clear to her I am very uneasy about getting my hair done. She said she understood and schedule me. I was scheduled at 4 but told them if she needs me early I can come. So I get a call to come early, so I make it there three hours early cool. I tell the girl I'm very nervous about this, and showed her what I wanted and explained to her my boyfriend doesn't really like the blond. I paid $133 for me not to walk out of there happy. Only did foils and did them blond. Now I know when you walk out your suppose to be happy. I was not at all. I now have to still pay to get my hair done somewhere else. I had an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE with Marasella ( my apologies if the name is incorrect) she was attentive friendly and very helpful when I came in store to purchase a new baby bliss hot tool. She had great product knowledge and answered all of my questions and was quite helpful with my coupons and birthday gift and made my shopping experience much more pleasant! I am a diamond member and I spend lots of money at Ulta . I usually always have a great experience. This location sucks. The cashier that rang me up wasn’t friendly at all. I was doing an online order pickup plus purchasing in the store. The cashier asked me for a barcode in my email. I couldn’t find it. She got an attitude because I couldn’t find it. Acted like it was needed even though I volunteered to show my ID. She got my order and didn’t say thanks for shopping or nothing. Just rushed me out the door. I won’t be shopping at this location anymore

I’m never coming back to this Ulta. The skinny brunette is evil. So mean for no reason bro. I wanted to use a coupon she said okay and then put my gift cards in and I reminded her the coupon and she was so snotty and said I had to do that before. I literally had asked prior. Choosing the Ulta on the hill from now on.

I came in to the salon for a last minute appt this was my fault because my normal stylist was booked. I got a color and a cut. My stylist was very kind and friendly and we held great conversation however I asked her for some specific requests and the reason I asked questions was because if the service couldn’t be accommodated I wouldn’t have gotten it. So I didn’t want to dye my hair at home because I didn’t want it all on my face and ears and such and she “tried” but she only wiped one side of my face and I was thinking based on the information she gave earlier it wasn’t that necessary and something about how she washed it after takes it off so then she’s scrubbing my roots with a towel, which I just wouldn’t have minded if my roots weren’t touched and hence why I asked but anyways the co
