Good Ulta, very clean and well-organized. Big parking lot, great location. However, everytime I come here everything I want is out of stock. Good for swatching things and then ordering online though.

I had a great shopping experience today with quick service. Hannah, the associate who assisted me, was incredibly kind and helpful. She informed me about additional rewards in the app that I wasn't aware of, saving me $20! The staff was excellent, and I received fantastic recommendations from the floor team. I ended up purchasing some Clinique skincare products after trying a tester with a beauty expert!

Fantastic place! A clean, neat store conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking. Quality products at good prices. Friendly, hospitable, helpful employees. In particular, Brianna was a stellar cashier and Sheila, Sarah, and Colleen were wonderful at helping me find the products for which I came in. Highly recommended!

I had an eyebrow service done with Sarah, and it was by far the most unprofessional and uncomfortable service experience I have ever had. I have never left an appointment feeling this upset or dissatisfied. From the moment the service started, Sarah was rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in providing quality customer care. The service felt rushed and careless, and her attitude made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I did not feel listened to, respected, or treated like a paying client at any point. I left unhappy with both the service itself and how I was spoken to. This was not just a bad brow appointment — it was a complete lack of professionalism. Someone behaving this way should not be representing a company like Ulta. I would strongly advise others to think twice

So many staff. None of them knowledgeable on products but you seem to have loss prevention taken care of which is totally fine. Expected even. Would be helpful though if some of the loss prevention employees knew something about the products in the store. They were ever present but when posed with a product related question I got no helpful answers 🤷‍♀️
