I came in today knowing what type of products I wanted but I am not very knowledgeable about makeup products so I needed help finding the best options for me. Thankfully, I met Courtney and she was amazing! She spent almost 30 minutes finding the best products for me and the best color/shade. She is so knowledgeable about products and their history. I had a great experience thanks to Courtney!

I came back after I I said I’d never come back. I shop a lot at Ulta both in store and online a lot. This has to be one of the worst ones when it comes to customer service, I’ve had maybe two good experiences in the past few years, but typically they’re just rude. It just seems like they don’t want to be there. I rarely write reviews and this is like the second one at the specific Ulta so yup last time. Cumming store is way better!

I had gotten a really bad, choppy haircut a few days prior and decided to stop by during my free period. Vera was amazing and so sweet to fit me in so quickly. She transformed those choppy layers into beautiful, face-framing layers and completely fixed my hair! I will definitely be back!

Ulta is expensive that I did not know. I never bought anything. But my family members go there often and they bought "StriVectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream Plus 3.4 oz". It was 159+ with taxes. So I went to StriVectin website, they offered 15% off for first time buyer. It was 135+ with taxes. I started doing research and Costco Online only had exact same cream for 99 + taxes. We returned Ulta and bought it Costco.
