I had a fabulous experience here today! Michelle did a makeup class for me, and went above and beyond. Every staff member there was friendly, helpful and positive. I'm not a makeup person, and they made me feel at ease and beautiful. I really appreciate y'all!

I used to enjoy the services here, but my recent experiences have been pretty disappointing. Earlier this week the stylist was over 30 mins late, I had to leave and reschedule. Today, my appointment was running 20 mins late. I understand that occasional running over can happen, but twice in 1 week shows a lack of respect for peoples’ time and is frustrating.

I just visited this store tonight, time stamped receipt attached for proof. While shopping I felt like an employee here, who I believe was functioning as the manager, racially profiled me (a black woman) and followed me and my partner around the store the entire time. We were in there for about 20 minutes and were asked if everything was going alright 3 separate times by this woman (every time we said we were fine) and she found herself in every aisle we went down. She also walked to the front of the store when I was purchasing my products (a different person was working cash register) and stood behind the cashier, staring at the pile of items I was buying. It definitely felt like she was checking to make sure everything she saw me pick up was there. This is disappointing to experience in

Went today to grab some press on nails. Lady at the front asked for my number, I declined, she insisted a number was necessary to “secure my purchase”. Was very vague and would not tell me what exactly that meant u til I pressed, apparently a phone number is needed to make returns (that seems weird to me). She said the number creates an account in the system. I said I won’t be returning the item and I don’t want an account. I think it’s very weird to enforce such a thing to such an extent at a store, and I had to continuously decline upwards of 8 times. Finally she went through with the purchase but would not speak or look at me. I said thank you and goodbye and she was silent and didn’t make eye contact. This was a very bizarre and not welcoming experience.

I appreciate some of the kind staff who work at this location. Bernadette has always been helpful and made solid recommendations based on my budget. She recommended a blow-dryer brush on sale that has been one of the best styling investments for my long hair!
