Had my first Ulta experience today. Store was clean and well stocked. I was greeted at the door by Isabella. I told her it was my first time at Ulta and I simply wanted to get two things, she helped me choose a new eye liner and a waterproof version of my regular mascara, I didn’t even know they stocked it, I mentioned it and she brought me right to it. I asked her about a perfume I liked and She was very patient while I took forever to try to figure out which Lancome perfume I was looking for. I then mentioned nail care and she ran over and got me two options! Jasmine also told me how to make my own small make up remover wipes and helped me choose the products with ease! I went with the intention to quickly get eyeliner and mascara and walked out with additional items I needed simply b

Each time I've been to this location and had Isabella as a cashier she has been rude, snooty & not helpful what so ever. My friend told me she to had had this exact experience with this particular cashier. Sephora is more expensive however they are pleasant, never rude and helpful. Isabella has left a bad taste in my mouth for Ulta. Management should really retrain their employees to treat everyone with respect and not so judgemental as you never know who you could be judging.

I stopped in the store today. I just needed to pick up one item. I wish I would have caught the name of the employee that waited on me.She was the most friendliest nicest helpful person! The store was well stocked and so clean. I will be back

Amanda did an amazing job on my brows at the Brow Bar ! Recently moved to the city so i was doubtful to try a new brow artist but she did not disappoint 😍 gave my brows just the shape that i wanted and made me feel so welcomed throughout the whole service , i definitely recommend getting your brows done by Amanda !

Over the years I’ve consistently encountered extremely pushy salespeople at this location. Today, I went in for one specific product and hoped I would have a better experience. However, once again I felt pressured into buying two items I’ve never used and don't feel are items I was looking for by 2 different sales people. On a previous visit, a sales associate was so insistent that I needed to purchase a product I wasn’t even considering that I placed it in my basket just to end the conversation. When I later returned the product to the shelf, she confronted me again, questioning why I wasn’t buying the very expensive and unwanted item. I’m happy to pay for products I genuinely use and enjoy, but when you leave a store feeling like you’ve wasted time and money on products you didn’t want
