So today is Christmas Eve and I placed my order for pick up at this location around 6 AM. So excited that it was so convenient for me to pick up, and every time I go in, I get greeted and helped out but this particular day I go pick up my package at 1:05 PM and this sales rep with blonde hair and a green sweater, seemed as if she was already overwhelmed, so I patiently waited until she was ready to take me and to get my information so I can get my package, Let me tell you she didn’t greet me. She just said what’s your name!! no merry Christmas. No hi thank you for coming into Ulta. Just what is your name? I tell her my name which is NIENIE. She said “what”. NOVEMBER 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was in a pinch today and I dreaded going into the Stoughton Ulta, again. I walked in and STEVEN approached me to make sure I was finding everything I needed. He the helped me to select my item. I wondered around the store to see if I needed anything else, then made my purchase. STEVEN was well versed in customer service and product selection. I am glad I gave the store a second chance! SEPTEMBER 2025 ⭐️ This place has gone down hill. In the past, I would walk in and have multiple people greet me and asked if I needed assistance. Today, I was in here for 20 minutes. Not one person approached me. We couldn't find what we needed. We approached an individual for assistance. He appeared to be a manager and was only minimally helpful and somewhat rude. Spending my

The associates are not friendly and not helpful when you ask a question, they act annoyed to help you. A man came in and asked for help finding an item and one of the associates was so annoyed and basically said follow my finger, it’s over there. I usually never leave reviews but place has the rudest employees. Will never come into this place again.

My aunt and I went to Ulta to get a gift for a family member as well as get a few things for ourselves. I was happy to see the nails selections we needed were on sale at that time.

Very nice and professional business. I get my haircuts here and it’s always affordable and looks great. Very nice employee’s as well. Shout out to PJ, Steven, and Sherri for always being very nice and helpful!
