I was in the salon yesterday for a haircut with Eszter who is literally the reason I go there she is wonderful. I was sitting at the chair and a chunk of dust flew off into my lap and when I looked up I was absolutely disgusted. I have no clue how corporate can allow workers and guests to be there with such filth. The vents, ceiling tiles and light are covered in dirt and dust. This is absolutely not a negative against the store I know they are not responsible for this so why is this not getting cleaned? I have attached pictures so you can imagine how great it is to breathe that in on a daily basis, how embarrassing!!!!!

I just had a very bad experience visiting this store. As the other reviews mentioned, the store manager Abby is rude and condescending. She has acted super rude towards me and literally started talking to me in a very loud voice. I have been coming to this Ulta location for a while, and while most of the employees have been consistently kind and helpful, Sylvia was arrogant and patronising.She was unprofessional, interrupted me several times, and didn’t give me the chance to fully explain my concern. It left me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer. What’s most disappointing is that this hasn’t felt like an isolated interaction. I’ve spoken with friends who visit this location, and they’ve shared similar experiences, which makes me believe this may be an ongoing issue. As a custom

I had a very disappointing experience dulles landing Ulta. The manager, Silvia, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or speaking respectfully, she acted with a bad attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I’ve never been treated this way at other Ulta locations. Management should definitely take this seriously because this kind of behavior is not acceptable in customer service.

I will happily take my business elsewhere, this location is NOT IT all because of the manager, Silvia. She is so rude and not a nice person at all. I’m a very nice person and not everyone is but I expect you as the manager of the store to be more welcoming and kind to your customers! I asked two simple questions after walking around for a little bit and she barely answered my concerns and more so made me feel so uncomfortable as a customer just asking a few simple questions. The two other girls were very nice and I feel terrible that they have to deal with THIS lady as their manager.

Ulta is a great place to shop for all your beauty needs. They have just about everything you could want! I took a lot of photos and still didn’t get everything.
