As I’ve aged, my eyebrows have become thin, lacking in fullness, and not growing like before. After seeing some recent photos that did not look favorably I reached out to Ulta for some lessons. I worked with Jesse who first asked that I sit in the chair and let’s talk about what I was needing. I loved how Jesse listened and then asked some questions, then went to get a few products. Jesse returned and explained the products, showed me how to use them and then suggested a clean up of my eyebrows would enhance the look. I was thrilled with the results! Just knowing I had control of how I’d look and knowing what to do made me feel much better. I was so touched with how much better I looked!! Thank you Jesse for helping me!🥰

I would not recommend this salon for eyebrows they are horrible I left in tears and she wanted to charge me $30 the manager agreed they was horribly done and did not charge me .. BUT I HAD to GO somewhere else to have them fixed HOT NALIS THEY FIXED IT THE BEST THEY COULD ! Hot nails is the place to go for eyebrow waxing! And they are fantastic!

Mari gave me an incredibly helpful makeup tutorial that has made a huge difference in my appearance. She is very patient and thorough, and helped me find products I love that work with what I already had. Every one there has been very sweet and professional and the products are wonderful.

Do not give this store, your time, your money and your business. There are so many other places to shop for the same items that have true customer service. (Probably the reason why the store was empty of customers this close to Christmas.) I was sold a defective Lancome mascara product by Ulta. This store had the same product in store with damaged packaging and out of date packaging on the shelf. (The product has new packaging now. They had two torn boxes of the old packaging on the shelf.) I asked for a replacement that was not damaged or in older packaging. A kind young women found one in a drawer under the product placement and gave it to me. I took it to the cashier to exchange the defective one I had brought with me. This store refused to exchange or refund the mascara. I contacted th

It’s been many years since I’ve been in to an Ulta 😅. This location is great. It was super clean and the employees were friendly. I was immediately greeted when I entered. The layout is easy to get around and there are a ton of products to choose from.
