Good for when I buy my hair conditioner once a year

I went into Ulta trying to find a specific item for a christmas gift and Zoey helped so much. She was very energetic and willing to help! She is very patient and she looked in the back for like 10 minutes for a product that sold out! She winded up being able to find it. If I go to Ulta again, I will be requesting Zoey!!

I am in love with my daughter hair!!! She is 8 years old and Mrs Dimetria delivered she was so nice and professional with my daughter. They even had a nice conversation the entire time! Ladies if you have daughters and need their hair done Dimetria is the girl. My daughter can’t stay away from the mirror now thank you so much Dimetria you have a new customer now 🥰

Both Rayna & store manager Haley Fisher LIED to me. I just wanted to pay for the exact item I had. I did not have, and do not want a rewards account. Rayna refused to check me out without one. Rayna then used a customer next to me just to do the transaction. I didn't agree to that. The store manager Haley said it's store policy. In fact it is NOT. She went from, "store policy" to "highly preferred". I returned it, and purchased it with cash at that store. NO REWARDS ACCOUNT NEEDED! Note for the manager, don't force someone to sign up for a rewards program just to do a purchase. Please don't lie to customers.
