I had the experience of getting my daughter hair done by Ty. I wanted my daughter to experience the hair salon without waiting forever. Ty was on time for the appt we set days prior which was a huge plus for me. She explained how the whole process would work. My daughter got knotless braids and we loved them! My daughter is 13 so it was a kid friendly hairstyle and length. When you go to this location, ask for Ty, you will not be disappointed. She knows what she is doing and she is very professional.

I went to pickup my curbside order today and it was a frustrating experience. I use the email to say that I was on my way (which is suppose to get you faster service) and would be there in 10 minutes. AT&T has terrible service in that area, but I figure someone will see me and bring out my order....nothing. Finally I get the link to check in...nothing. After 15+ minutes, I walk in the store to pick up my CURBSIDE order. I see three employees doing nothing. The lady greeting people told me to go to the cashier to pickup my order. She was literally just standing there. No customers. When I tell her I am there to pick up my CURBSIDE order she tells me that the printed barcode is not enough and she would need to see my ID. I tell her my ID is in my car where I should be to pickup my CURB

Ty is a OUTSTANDING stylist! She took great care of my 4b/4c hair. She takes her time and her customer service is GREAT! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that she was doing along the way. She achieved the style that I was wanting for my hair, and she was able to manage my hair texture. She is also VERY knowledgeable about the products that she uses, which was a big plus in my book! I received many compliments on the style that she did as well. I recommend her for all hair types and I will definitely be back!!

My first experience at Ulta was fantastic. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere! When you go, ask for Ty, a wonderful hairdresser. She listened to what I wanted and gave me great recommendations without pushing any products on me. The end result was amazing, and I left feeling confident and like whole new person! highly recommend Ty for anyone who’s looking for a skilled and just a overall great hairdresser.

I had a horrible experience here. The lady who did my hair butchered it completely. I went in for an olaplex treatment and she convinced me to get my hair cut instead. While I was being made fun of she was cutting my hair haphazardly, I told her what style bangs I wanted and she insisted that I get curtain bangs even though I told her many times that's not what I want. She was complaining the entire time about being ready to be off work while she also berated her very sweet coworker. She was not nice at all, and I wanted to leave feeling pretty but left spending $40 on a haircut that made me feel like I would have been better off staying home. It's been a month now and my hair still looks awful. Never going back. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
