Clean with friendly, helpful staff and lots of variety. Edit: right after we left, a car ordered drive thru. Glad everyone is safe. It no longer looks exactly like the first few photos and is closed today.

The check out girl I had either really didn't like her job or was having a terrible day. The one helping my daughter was nice though. I'm a previous Ulta employee so I know exactly how it feels to do that job. If you can't treat people with basic decency, don't work retail.

Had a wonderful experience here. If you’re a millennial like me and trying to get back into makeup this is the perfect place🤣. I was a little confused upon entering but was quickly assisted by a beautiful young lady named Ella. She was very welcoming and even showed me all the hot new products. I complimented her mascara and she even showed me which ones she personally uses. I spent a pretty penny, but was worth every cent. The whole experience was a delight and will definitely be coming back.

I had a horrible experience with Ulta Beauty regarding a $100 gift card purchase. I purchased the gift card on December 17. The card showed it was secured and unused at the time of purchase. I gifted it to my daughter on December 25, only to find out the card was not valid. After calling the gift card hotline provided by Ulta Beauty and contacting the store, I was told the gift card had already been redeemed in store in Salina, Kansas. This is extremely concerning since I live in St. Louis, Missouri and the card was never used by me or my daughter. No one could explain how this happened or provide proof of the transaction. I was passed back and forth between customer service and the gift card hotline with no resolution. As of now, the gift card is invalid, my $100 is gone, and Ulta has n

Followed throughout the whole store… I think we met every employee today. It’s so sad.. I wonder what’s the dress code is to not be followed or what color should the person be. It gave me pure anxiety… the worst part I come here for my hair appointments as well. I just canceled my appointment. They need to do better.
