Ulta Beauty

Today I came into Ulta and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Lance looked fabulous, so I felt like he was the best person to ask. I am so appreciative of his patience and guidance as he helped me figure out the best products for me!! 10/10 service. Thank you so much!!

Every time I come to this particular Ulta, there are hardly any tester perfumes out. A lot of the ones that are out are empty or almost empty. Everything is all over the place and disorganized in the fragrance section. If I'm going to pay the same retail prices I'd pay at Macy's which is a 3-minute walk, I'll spend my money there. At least they have lots of testers out. Or Sephora which is right up the street. They have testers out for everything. I've been to other local Ulta's and the Springfield location is the only Ulta that has this issue. I understand theft is a possible issue/reason not to have testera out...but if that was the reason why they don't have testers out, they wouldn't have ANY out. There are a few out and that's it. I'm not coming back to this particular Ulta again. It'

I love ulta but recently every single worker i talk to is so off. i went today and had probably the most uncomfortable checkout experience. I didn’t get her name but she mean mugged me and my sister and didn’t say a word to us other than “it’s going to ask you another question on the screen” .No eye contact, no “here’s your total”, Not even have a “you’re welcome” after i said thank you. She just stared at the wall. Will not be returning to this location and definitely don’t recommend if you value good quality customer service and just basic human interaction. very disappointed!

Love ulta down with my whole heart, but the people there make it such an awful experience. My sister and I went today, and actually had one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve had anywhere if that. Doesn’t even look you in the eye checking out, not a single smile, just nasty judgement looks that just make you feel so ugly about yourself. Just such a cold experience every single time. Definitely do not recommend if you value warm happy costumer service! Will be going to Sephora and cvs from now on !!

Literally worst experience ever. Ordered my husband birthday cologne the day of because every where else was ship only. They had it in stores. I placed a order around 6AM and it’s now 12pm. Came in to pick up and they claim they don’t know where it’s at so I been waiting almost a half hour for them to “look for it” in the back. Still nothing. Then makes it seem like It’s my fault because they have a 2 hour window to get things ready. It’s giving they don’t have it and wasting my time when they can just refund it. Smh. Wouldn’t recommend a pick up here and they say online they have perfumes and colognes here and they really don’t! They will just offer to ship it!
