Went here for my daughters first hair cut (besides just myself trimming it) & to get Tinsel. It said online it includes 15 beads of tinsel & would be 15 minutes. Kids hair cut 30 minutes. We also asked for only 2 inches off her hair. After waiting an HOUR for our appt to start (i was fine with waiting because she was SO excited.) Heres why im upset. We were 100% rushed thru. Our appt lasted a total of 25 minutes. Reason why it took an hour for us to be sat down for our scheudled appt is because the person before us decided to do something bigger, so her time cut into ours. Instead of 2 inches of hair cut off she cut off SIX. Which completely cut off all her baby blonde hair which i told her multiple times I was NOT ready to let that go. But she did it anyways. What a great experience walking into ulta!! U get a lot of help from the fun employees working here!! We talked and laughed while they helped me look for exactly what I needed in my price range!! They have i dont know what they're called maybe beauty stations where u can sit and they try different brands and types of makeups and color that match your skin type and tone!! It was great!! They have so many brands and for so many skin types!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! THANK U LADIES YOU ARE ALL FANTASTIC. I WAS BEAMUNG AND FELT SO GOOD WHEN I LEFT YOUR STIRE!!

today i went to ulta and had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by maddie!! and let me tell you.. she has absolutely magic hands. she’s so gentle and professional and did an absolute incredible job with my eye brows!!! i am someone that literally fills in my eyebrows after i brush my teeth. my eyebrows are a staple to my morning routine. and now i get to wake up with beautiful eyebrows and not have to do a thing! i am definitely going back to her.

I've been going to Ulta for years to purchase hair products. I was assisted by one of their hair stylists, Courtney. She was super helpful. I asked about the hair services and said I wanted to book an appointment with her. The online booking was easy to navigate and I had a great experience. I love my new color. I highly recommend Courtney. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job with hair coloring!
