Wow so I went in today as I’ve never been in this store my daughters LOVE it and always shop there but I do Instacart for lil extra money here n there so I went in there I was lost at first then had a worker whom at first I had no clue who she was but asked me if I was finding everything ok and I’m like well kinda not really I was trying to find several item on this order wich was 152 dollars order btw she said well are you DoorDash I said no I’m Instacart and her exact words were oh ya we don’t have time to help you today and walked away I’ve never felt so u wanted,out of place ever in my life I’m clean I have nice clothes actually all named brand so I litterly did not even want to be in there I felt so idk how to put it then I’m looking and a super sweet wow girl comes to me and ask m

Would give a ZERO star if i could!!!! I went into this Ulta because I ordered a milk makeup contour stick online & picked it up in store. when I received it, it was completely ruined and fallen apart. I then came to this ulta and all I wanted to do was exchange it, I didnt care about the money. First, they told me I had to find the product and then take it to the front to exchange. They did not have the product. So then the lady asked me for my phone number or email, I did not fill out a number with my account and when I gave the correct email they claimed they couldn't pull up my information. I literally had a receipt WITH THE ORDER NUMBER. Finally the manager comes over and gets my order number and finds my order and they tried to put the money back on my card (it did not work bcuz I acc

I visited for hair products. I met this amazing associate, Courtney. She jumped right in and recommended products that she used. It was an awesome experience I bought her recommendations, if you visit look for Ms.Courtney she’s awesome sauce.

Yesterday I think I got my best haircut ever, from Sarah. She listened to what I wanted and took extra care and time to ensure all of the details were perfect. And I’m aware I’m not usually an easy case to work with because I have tons of crazy hair. I appreciated that she didn’t do the minimum and wasn’t afraid to make chops, which is usually the case anytime I get a haircut. For the first time ever I think it looks exactly how I’ve always wanted it to. I also appreciated the amount of conversation—I’m not a huge yapper and like to zone out and relax and I got to do plenty not that! She was just awesome and I feel transformed.

Awful customer service experience with very unhelpful managers. They made a mistake on their end and would not allow me to redeem a brand new gift card and all they did was tell me to go call customer service. I stood there for over 30 minutes and they resolved nothing.
