Ulta Beauty was a mixed but ultimately positive experience. My online order for in-store pickup was only partially fulfilled, which voided a $10 coupon tied to a $40 purchase and a buy-one-get-one deal. Because the pickup had already been processed, I was told nothing could be adjusted for 24 hours, which was frustrating and disappointing for a first-time pickup order. The issue involved Madison Reed hair dye, which they consistently understock across multiple locations. That said, a staff member stepped in and was genuinely helpful, guiding the cashier and accommodating me by honoring the 40% off on the second item. I lost the coupon but was able to switch to a different color and get 2 matching boxes. The color turned out great. Strong product, inconsistent inventory, but solid customer

I had a hard time, deciding between three or four stars. I really wanted to do a 3.5. Everyone that I’ve dealt with in person as far as on the sales floor have been wonderful over the years that I came to your store. They’ve always been very friendly and greeting and helpful. The issue that I have had on numerous occasions has been when you check out. And this is not the same person not the same day but every single time I’ve gone to check out I’ve had a very unpleasant experience. They just tend to be annoyed that you’re walking up to the register to pay for your products, they forget to give you the free items if you are owed one, and then just genuinely don’t look like they wanna be there and that you as the customer are interrupting them at whatever they were doing before you walked up

Gigi was awesome! I came looking for one thing but had so many questions! She was so helpful and explained so clearly. She helped find the correct shade and which products mix well. I ended up buying like 6 other things lol they don’t do surveys I asked at the front counter so I took time out to make this review just to recognize her! Great employee !

It’s been a long time since I have gone to an Ulta stylist because the last time I went to an Ulta in Dallas area the stylist gave me a bob vs the 1 inch trim I stated. I told Kayle this and that I was nervous because it took 2 yrs for my hair to be back to the original length I once had it. She understood asked what I wanted and achieved it. She was very sweet gave me options on my tinsel for my hair and parted my hair the way I love it. I booked again with her for a blow out the day of a big date night because she had listened to my desire of what I wanted my hair to look like. I like her and plan to keep her as the person to do my hair cuts and styling when I am in town to see my partner.

Worst shopping experience of my life nobody tried to help me or greet me even when they knew that I was obviously lost in their store. I had went up to one person, and they looked at me and laughed at me. Three employees were standing in the back of the register, looking at me and laughing and making fun of the way I looked I get it. I’m an overweight woman and I was dressed down in my hair was a mess. I still deserve respect when shopping in the store. There was only one lady who sold me a pistachio perfume, who is genuinely nice to me who came up to me and asked me if I needed anything. Older woman with glasses African-American she was very sweet. Also should hire more employees like her and not these young kids who wanna go and discriminate. Those young ones who were politely making fun
