This review is way past due. I’ve been coming to see Morgan at the salon for just over a year now. October of 2024 a stylist at the Gresham Oregon location ruined my birthday hair while I was there on vacation. Corporate made it right by sending me to this location to fix it. Morgan had never met me and only knew I was coming in with butt length hair that was everything I didn’t want. We instantly clicked and she made me feel comfortable and heard. She spent HOURS on a color correction and ultimately brought my hair back to life. And I’ve been going to her every 8-10 weeks ever since. She has taken me from a dark brunette with magenta highlights I didn’t want to a GORGEOUS cowboy copper. I went to Ulta for the first time to get a blonde balayage and root melt with Christine. My hair is very long (almost to my waist), already blonde from past balayages and my natural color is light brown/dishwater blonde. After she finished the bleach, root melt, and toner, she blow-dried my hair and I immediately said I did not like it. It was full of orange/black banding, and cheetah spots. Christine admitted it wasn’t right and said she could fix it with a root tap. I asked for a second opinion, so she consulted another stylist, Morgan. They decided the root tap would help temporarily fix it, but I’d have to come back in six weeks for highlights. After the root tap, wash, and blow dry, it still looked bad. Nicole is absolutely incredible! This was hands down one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat in her chair, it was clear how knowledgeable, talented, and passionate she is about what she does. She really takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you’re looking for, and her attention to detail is amazing. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my hair, so trusting someone to cut it is a big deal for me. Nicole completely exceeded my expectations. Specifically rating this store 5 stars because of my hair stylist Ashe B (@ashethetix on IG). Been coming to her for about a year now and always very pleased with my results. She is so friendly, and so good at what she does. She takes good care of my kids too. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! (Love you girl!!!)

Nicole, was absolutely amazing!! Her customer service skills are very impressive and makes you genuinely feel seen. She adds a ton of value to you even if you aren’t looking at the MAC makeup or to get a make over. She made you feel amazing!!!
