Felicia, the manager at Ulta in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is truly exceptional. She has an amazing personality—attentive, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful with my order. I had a small issue, and she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I live in Florida and placed a DoorDash order to surprise a special friend who really needed a smile, and Felicia helped me accomplish exactly that. I honestly wish I lived closer so I could shop at her Ulta regularly. I work in retail myself, and I can confidently say her level of customer service is superior. My local Ulta in Port St. Lucie doesn’t come close. Felicia is an outstanding employee and a true asset to Ulta.

The atmosphere here is great. I didn't need much help which finding the things I needed but looking around I could see employees greating customers with a smile on their faces and helping them find what they were looking for. To me that's something that makes me want to keep going back to this store.

Mixed reviews… so I’ve been a customer with Ulta for 8 years I love them down… however, I had a bad experience and I started shopping at Sephora. Came to this location around when they first opened and OMG their cx service won me back!!! Becca tonight was brilliant great customer service! She told me she didn’t know much about makeup but she was willing to help! I’m like me either girl lol… but BOY WAS SHE WRONG!!! Baby girl matched me perfectly with Estée Lauder and Fenty and I was going to purchase both. HOWEVER…. I’m a die hard MAC GIRLY AND MY HUSBAND bought me radiance instead of fix and exchanging them out was my sole purpose of going. The employee said I couldn’t because she couldn’t find my receipt which my husband purchased it… so that explains why. I pulled up the policy on the

If you want to shop in peace this is definitely the place. The employees welcome you in but won’t ask do you need help unless you’re in the fragrance or prestige section. Barely even that. When you ask for help they act like you’re inconveniencing them. Sometimes I don’t even see them out on the floor, just the employees in the salon.I come here from time to time and spend a good hour in the store. Last visit I was looking at something in the aisle and one of the girls said excuse me to another customer but not to me. Literally walked behind me and hit my bag like I was invisible. If you’re wanting to shop here be ready to swatch yourself for your colors and know somewhat about makeup and the brands. Greenville location is somewhat better.

I can’t speak for the entire store, but as far as the salon inside of Ulta goes, Abby French is the most amazing hair stylist I have ever had the privilege of having my hair cut and styled by. If you’re looking for a new hair girl, Abby is the way to go!
