Ulta Beauty

Haven’t bought make up in over ten years. I went to the orem Ulta wanting to try and buy some good make up. NOT a good experience. A few days later I went to the one in Spanish Fork. I explained my plight to Jessie who immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. She seriously helped my face and helped me confidently buy what works for me. It was great! LOVE my purchases and the great customer care she gave!

Purchased some items at Ulta. Returned a few items with receipt. I choose to not give by phone number out. Ulta Return policy only requires a receipt to return in store. Manager at this location advised I need to provide photo ID for return without a phone number. She said it was to help prevent fraud. Not a fan of how this store does not follow nationwide Ulta return policy

athena and ana were both extremely friendly and helpful, i came in an hour before they closed and they were still super willing to listen to me and find me some good makeup recommendations :) i dont typically post reviews but i figured it would be nice to give these employees some recognition

We just had the most lovely experience at this ultra with the general manager. I do not frequent Ulta but we were in the area and stopped by to look around. We found something we were interested in and we were hanging around waiting for help when the general manager came and gave us the best customer service I have ever had. I will certainly be shopping at this ulta again in the future!

Mary was an incredible help. I was getting Christmas gifts for my mom, and she knew exactly what products to get based off of my description of what she wanted and described current Christmas deals for me.
