I went to Ulta looking for some makeup I needed for work, and even though Felicia was helping other customers when I arrived, she still looked over, greeted me so sweetly with a big smile, and made me feel really welcome. I don’t remember her exact words, but it was such a kind and genuine greeting. After she finished with the others, she was available to help me with an e.l.f. foundation that had a glow to it. There were no testers, and I never would’ve found my color on my own, but Felicia nailed it perfectly. She was so kind, patient, and sweet throughout the whole process. I would definitely come back just to see her again, but since I live six hours away, that’s tricky. Honestly, I hope in my next life we can be friends!

Visited this location, asked for curbside pickup. I waited 45 minutes, watched other’s go in and leave out several times. The store wasn’t that busy to leave me hanging this way. As soon as I went in store to get my order instead, an employee immediately assisted me. Stop offering this service if you’re not going to honor it!

I've been here lots of times over the years, and this store is always as neat and organized as it was the first time I went. I like that you can take your time and look at items without being bothered unless you need help. The cashier that checked me out this time was Deyana, and she was delightful. Check the website to make sure that what you're looking for is in stock.

I went into this Ulta location to refresh my makeup. Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I replied no thank you and continued to shop. I kid you not, they asked me about 15 times after that if I needed help. The answer was still no. Then associates walked and watched me so much that it made them uncomfortable. So, imagine how I felt. After we locked eyes for the umpteenth time, one worker even stated, "OMG, I promise I'm not stalking you, let me stop walking before you think I'm watching you". Now, I needed these products so I went ahead and checked out. My total was a little over $100 (drugstore products). I'm black and yes, that matters. Before walking out I waited to see if the workers were extremely helpful to a group of three white women

I have been researching Good Molecules line for a while now, and I finally decided to purchase it. I asked a store associate for help, and she was so eager to help me. I found what I needed, also I was given a skin care sample for my birthday. I will visit again.
