I’ve always had a great experience whenever I visit this store. When they first opened, I met a very sweet sales associate who was extremely helpful and even gave me some fun tips and recommendations. I haven’t seen her since, and I do hope the team remains consistent — it’s always nice to have one person who knows your preferences so you don’t have to repeat them each time you visit. Since this is the only branch in Tahoe, I also hope they continue to maintain their stock levels. On my last visit, I went in specifically to purchase my favorite cream, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. I probably should have just ordered it online.

I had an incredible experience at Ulta! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I felt completely comfortable asking for recommendations, and their expert guidance made finding the right products easy and enjoyable. I walked out with some amazing new finds and a huge smile, thanks to the top-notch customer service. Highly recommend stopping by—this team truly goes above and beyond!

I was there when the doors opened at the Grand Opening. You'd think that there might have been some swag....free samples. Something for the first 50 customers....a drawing for a gift bag. Nope! Absolutely nothing. Oh yeah, a 20% off coupon for another time, not on the grand opening. As it turns out, what I went in there for, had a better discount on the official website AND it included a free full sized product and no s/h. Bottom line it was a grand opening for Ulta, but not for the customer. However, I did go again to use the 20% coupon. I was in a bummer mood looking to do some aimless shopping to get my mind off my troubles. I did NOT want to be bothered and I told the attendant who approached me that I did not need help. EMPTY store on a rainy off season Wednesday. Standing currently at the empty register for about 10 min…. Associate came finally out and couldn’t care less if you’re there quote the opposite I seemed to have bothered her leisure time…
