The stylists at this place are awful. I went to make an appointment almost a week in advance, and they've canceled it twice to dye my hair. These people are useless; they don't want to work and they're rude. I don't think they can hear; they even misspelled my last name. Stop putting such incompetent people to work there. I've seen so many stylists, and they make so many lame excuses, as if I were asking for free. Most of them are rude. I am a transgender person and I feel discriminated against at that place. They claim to be LGBT+ friendly, but that's a lie. They discriminate against me twice, canceling my appointment twice and refusing to do my hair. The staff are useless and unhelpful. Today I called Ulta because I needed help placing an order I spoke to Laura and she explained to me what she would be able to do I asked her if I could stop by and she said yes. I walked into the store as soon as I got there I asked for her and she remembered that we spoke on the phone she was very professional and had exceptional customer service and was able to assist me she knew what to do and was able to help me with my order , very pleased with her help. To be honest it’s not often you find someone who exceeds in customer service like she did. Thanks Laura !!

Terrible customer service I went in looking for something that said in stock and nobody asked if I needed assistance, when I ask them for some help they seem bothered I was told someone else would be coming to help me and nobody did They then proceeded to go stand and talk to their coworkers Apparently I should've read the reviews before going because im not the only one experiencing this lack of professionalism What are these "workers" even being payed to do? Upon arriving to the store, it took me about 15 minutes just to find someone that was working on the floor that could help me find a flat iron. I see Denise approaching and i show her which flat iron I'm looking for and she states it up at the front behind the desk. I wait in line and show the cashier what i am looking four and she has no clue what I’m talking about and says she has to send someone to the back. Started coming here regularly because of the great staff, especially JAY .every time we come in they are very friendly and always make sure we get what we want even if necessarily going in the back room to doublecheck .that going the extra mile really makes return customers. Thanks again, Jay.
