I absolutely loved my experience with JOI at Ulta salon. I scheduled an express keratin treatment as well as a color dye job and she did amazing on both! She’s very friendly and professional and with this being my first time I appreciated all her tips on the upkeep for this treatment. Definitely book with her!!

Laila and Aminah at Ulta Beauty were absolutely amazing. I came in planning to return a few items and both of them were working the registers, yet they still took the time to truly help me. They went above and beyond by educating me on the products I had, explaining why some might actually be worth keeping and how they could work better for my skin and makeup goals. They even took the time to look at a photo I had of myself fully done up and kindly helped critique it, offering thoughtful tips on how to make my next look even better. Their patience, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. Because of them, I left feeling confident, informed, and excited instead of rushed or dismissed. Ulta is lucky to have Laila and Aminah, they truly made my visit

Really disappointed in this location, I came once to shop and had a very great experience had to come again recently to return some stuff and a manager naed Rebecca was so rude! She was annoyed she had to return my items and didn’t want for my Form of payment back. She refused to throw my cardboard box away which I know they can since that’s their job is to please the customer. Definitely won’t come back to this one since that gave me a bad taste in my mouth. All she did was huff and puff at everything. Do better.

Major shout out to Tamara at Ulta! Came in with my teen daughter experiencing her first break out. She was so helpful. Not once tried to up-sale me. But led me to all the right things we needed as I asked “what about concealer? What about cleanser?” Etc. only showed us clean/vegan products good for young skin. Then did the make up for my daughter, and even took the time to write down the full morning and evening cleaning routine. She went ABOVE and BEYOND! When we left my daughter said “we were so lucky to meet her! I’m so happy!” This mama was so happy too. Thank you Tamara and Ulta!

Super clean store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love going here for my makeup and skincare. Great prices and also offers Hair cuts and Color✨
