This review is for anyone looking to have their eyebrows waxed here— book w. Lauren! Her passion for her work is seen through her efforts to move at a client’s preferred pace, if possible, and to do so with precision. She does not mess around! Yesterday, my usual eyebrow girl was last-min no longer available, so I hurriedly made an appt. here w. Lauren in between what seemed like a million and one errands and some very important appointments that were prioritized for the day and simply could not be missed. Lauren knew I had to be out of there soon, and she was on a mission to work diligently at my preferred pace. She did amazing! My brows are exactly what I asked for! Lauren, a stylist at the salon, is truly one of the best of the best. She is so kind and welcoming! She also gave me one of the best blowouts of my life - no exaggeration here! My hair is thick, wavy and textured so it usually takes more effort to style. However, Lauren styled it patiently and methodically. I was unable to wash my own hair due to an injury and she so graciously did that for me. I am so grateful to her for making me feel beautiful amidst all of that. I highly recommend her for blowouts and any of your hair needs! 10/10

Clean and good service with good stock, but there is almost never enough cashiers. On a regular day there is one, with a small line building up, and on weekends/holidays it is a disaster. There will be two, maybe three cashiers maximum, no matter how long the line is (wrapping down the store) and if there’s open registers, which there always is. I don’t get why you guys can’t put more cashiers during rush hour

I have been coming to this Ulta since I moved to the area about four years ago. Similarly to another reviewer here, I had several associates ask if I needed help - which is totally fine!However, they then circled and hovered near where I was browsing. I did not have this issue until recently; maybe there is a different manager/team lead. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

Reminded that I could post how wonderful of an experience my grandmother’s trip was at Ulta today by a young sweet girl named Jaydee! Patient sweet and very intelligent while guiding my grandmother for her gifts today! Complimented to the Cashier as well about that young lady thank you
