I hate going in Ulta. If they didn’t have certain things I needed when I’m trying to achieve a certain makeup look I’d never go in here. The cashiers are so snobby and the girl I had today practically threw my bag at me. I prefer Sephora so much better the employees are actually helpful and nice. As a matter of fact I think I will go to Sephora more often, I’m tired of the service at Ulta. They suck!

Courtney is a FANTASTIC stylist! Everything from cuts, color, and updos. She always does an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend her! She has been doing my hair for 6 years now and I always get compliments on my color and cut. She did my updo for both of my children's wedding and I couldn't be happier!

Pathetic customer service. very disappointed by the treatment i got just for a simple return which was literally bought 5 mins ago and had to return because we thought we took the tester since it didn’t have enough product inside. i went up to the register with my 9 year old niece and i politely explained it to the cashier(Angelia) my reason for the return although she didn’t ask for it. and she literally denied it with a very bad attitude. Although i have all the rights to return a product if i am not satisfied. And she said the total amount of return is gonna go back in ‘CASH’ i didn’t catch the word cash so i asked if the transaction went by cash or card because i was not present with my niece at the time of purchase. she went by saying i literally said cash.and i explained it to her m

I went to buy some items and the cashier older lady(Judy) was very rude. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service like this before. I had a gift card and i swiped it and she looked at me saying “what are you doing” and i apologized because I thought she was ready for me to swipe. Also at the end of the purchase I was getting my card out to pay and in a very frustrating and impatient tone she was telling me i need to tap my card again and showing me as if i didn’t know how to do it. I told her that I know and I was just getting my card out. I am truly shocked and appalled by her manner, I never usually write reviews but this situation was really upsetting.

Terrible customer service treats the shopper like a criminal at this location (Macomb) They force you grab an orange bag which feels like you don't really have a choice because the worker is literally at the entrance of the door. Selena (the cashier) who was assiting me as an cashier talks down to the customer as if they dont exist and really didnt want to update my email address. Also in conversation was talking to her co worker in front of me the customer as if I do not does not exist. As a casual customer at Ultra. I feel very upset with customer service at this location very poor.
