A worker there named Jazmine was amazing at helping me and making sure I was taken care of! She took time to try the MAC foundation on me so I could get the right shade & it was perfect! She was SO sweet! I’ll always drive outta my way to get to this store bc the customer service is so much better here!

I don’t generally leave reviews but I felt so welcomed at this store today. Between Brianna (sp? Sorry girl!) helping me to locate the specific lipstick color I was searching for and Allie’s graciousness at check out, I was treated so nicely and patiently. The other staff have always been so kind in the past as well. Thanks again!! I will be coming back again 💕

I made the mistake of booking a full root blonde touch up instead of a root touchup for my blonde highlights. I had only gotten them done 3 times prior and they were done by a friend so I was unfamiliar in regards to what to ask for/what the process could look like. I will take credit for that, but the way everything else was done was unprofessional. I realized my mistake when she was rinsing out my toner, because the entire top half of my hair was bright yellow. I was going to just suck it up and stick with my mistake and go back and get lowlights elsewhere but it was so brassy and yellow they could not even let me leave. So they had to go back in a tone it down, basically just temporarily reversing what they had just done. The entire thing was done so rushed and poorly, bleach all over

Got a curbside pick up today and just now looked at my HOOLA bronzer and it’s been used, this is very annoying cause I leave on a trip tomorrow and I don’t want to use something that strangers have clearly used. I think whoever picked my order maybe should look at the product before putting it in the bag to make sure it’s not a used product or maybe they did see it was used and didn’t give a crap. never shopping here again

I have always had positive experience at Ulta; however, I had one of the most dumb experiences ever. I had two gift cards and used both toward a purchase. Then was told I couldn't use my credit card because they ran them as credit. So, I said I will use my debit card and was told I couldn't use that either but I could write a check or use cash. How much sense does that make? A debit card is more secure than a check. This makes no sense at all. If that is the case they should have signage saying that at the register. I have reported Ulta to the gift card company as well. It seems the cards are no good.
