We attended a birthday party over the weekend at this location, which, first of all, an Ulta themed 12th birthday party?! How trendy and fun!! Our host and MUA were both amazing, their vibes were energetic and they really made the kids feel individually special and tended to (obviously with the birthday girl still being the main character)! Even the booking process was easy, the associate who helped us book was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I would only suggest being able to change the booking to be able to take place online in the future, but going in store was still fine. The skin prep and makeup looks were a fun experience, while still remaining age appropriate and well worth the money spent per child. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at Ulta Beauty. I’ve visited this location two or three times over the past month, and each experience has been better than the last. The employees truly stand out. Their recommendations were absolutely impeccable. I originally came in planning to purchase one fragrance, but they asked if I had heard about a new release. After learning about it, I instantly changed my mind and ended up going with the new one, and I’m so glad I did. That suggestion alone made my visit memorable. What impressed me even more was the personalized care. When I asked for skincare recommendations, one of the associates took the time to offer thoughtful suggestions that were helpful and budget friendly. Nothing felt pushy or overwhelming, just genuine

I just needed to start my day by giving a shout out to the associate named Hope in the Seekonk store. I must say I shop several different Ultas' and find most associates friendly. But yesterday Hope made my daughter feel seen and heard. Her patience, time and the expertise she was willing to offer made all the difference. My daughter has been struggling with sensitive skin all her life. Hope not only just offered product. She built trust and offered education. A truly amazing experience. My daughter woke up on cloud 9 ( with non irritated skin) and so did I! Thank you Hope

Horrible experience. I went there with my fiancé, they treated me like if I were a thief. I asked for a Ralph Lauren cologne 1.34 oz. The girl went to the back and grabbed the cologne that I “wanted”. When she came back and showed it to me, I grabbed the cologne just to confirm it was that one. She immediately approached me, took it from my hand and said that she was gonna put it behind the cash register”. When I went to cash register and finally got to really see the product (she was trying to sell me a 2oz instead of the 1.34 oz). I told her I didn’t want that and I left the store. Thank God, next door there is a Sephora. I went there and I bought a nice cologne for my fiancé. I’ve never experienced that kind of treatment in Sephora or Macys ( I worked at Macys and currently, I’m working

I went in the store on 12/13. The best associates I’m going to mention by name Jayda, Selena and Sandy, they were above and beyond . My gift card wasn’t scanning or swiping. These three lovely woman all helped and figured it out.
