I had a wonderful experience at the Ulta Beauty Salon on January 16, 2026. First, I will start off by saying I am an African American female and I have never gone to Ulta for hair care services. But, let me tell you about hair stylist Cherron Lafleur, she was top tier. Stylist Cherron was very professional and accommodating. Lillian is absolutely brilliant at cutting curly hair and giving information about products to use. She is so sweet and talkative. She is also great at trimming and texturizing bangs. Five Star Stylist for sure!

came for a layering haircut with NO extra length cut, started with hair to my chest walked out with a long bob and bangs that weren’t cut even AT all. my 10 year old sister could have done a better job I could never be more disappointed.
