Ulta Beauty

I just got home and felt the need to write this review. I stopped into the Ulta Beauty today looking for a new foundation and a replacement for a bronzer I’ve been using for years. Caden was extremely helpful and genuinely took the time to assist me. He even went into the back to check on a product for me, which I really appreciated. The store was clearly busy and appeared a bit low staffed, but that did not affect the level of customer service I received at all. I never felt rushed and felt like my needs actually mattered with him. I don’t live particularly close to this location, but after today’s experience, I will definitely be making this my main Ulta store going forward.

Val cut my hair today for the first time. I asked a lot of her, she listened and understood perfectly. Family and friend approval with my new look means everything. No need for me to look any further. I will remember her kindness forever.

I went in with my wife to get her new mascara. As we were looking an associate named Renee came along and asked us if we needed any help and saw the mascara my wife was looking at and instantly told her of a deal going on!!! So for the money she would have spent just for her one mascara she got the mascara she wanted and a primer!! She was so helpful. Renee was the most help I have had in YEARS. What a nice way to bring in the new year. Associates like that make you want to come back to that store specifically.

It's Ulta! They have a little bit of everything. This location is clean and well stocked, with excellent customer service. The staff at this location goes out of their way to help you find the right products, and they are always so friendly here.

Staff is rude. No customer service at all. My wife went in for hair products and make up and staff ignored her when she was inquiring about a product. They helped other customers but refused to help her. It felt like a scene from "Pretty Woman" where they assume because you arent wearing Gucci that you don't have money. Their loss today because we had plenty of money to spend but it will go to their competitor now.
