We had the sweetest girls’ shopping day today! My daughter wanted to use some of her birthday money on makeup, so we stopped into Ulta Beauty to find some quality products that were fun and beginner-friendly without being overly high-end. What we didn’t expect was to walk into such an incredible in-store experience. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere was warm, supportive, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel fun and empowering for a young girl just starting to explore makeup. While my daughter was finding her new favorites, my mom and I browsed the prestige side and were just blown away by how attentive and pleasant everyone was. This was the best Ulta experience I’ve ever had, Miss Beverly helped me and my friend! I’ve never been able to find a concealer that worked for me but Beverly was so educated and was able to teach me that I needed a color corrector under my concealer first! She also introduced me and my friend to an amazing product that covers redness on the cheeks! I have an Ulta near my home but I will be driving 40 minutes out of my way to this location from now on just so I can receive miss Beverly’s amazing advice and product recommendations! This women needs a raise for her amazing knowledge and help!!

Made a purchase on 12/29. Returned products UNOPENED next day on 12/30. On 12/31 my bank account showed a pending refund for the full amount. On 1/1 that pending charge disappeared. Today, 1/2, upon calling my bank (I was not given an estimated time frame for refund to post, Ulta’s return policy doesn’t say, online support said “3-5 days possibly”), I was told the return had been initiated by Ulta, and then CANCELLED and I would have to dispute the transaction because Ulta never sent my bank the funds. Upon going to the store to ensure everything had been handled properly for the return, they refused to understand the fact the return had appeared already and then gone away. They kept insisting that by “next week” I would see the return, and refused to take any accountability. The manager

I give a 3 because there is an abundance of products. However the sales associate on the floor needs to be educated on your return policy. I asked her if she had a tester on the Peter Thomas Roth under eye tightening. She didn't even come from behind the counter to check, was not interested in helpi g. Just said, if it's not there, then we don't have a tester. When I asked about her return policy, her response was ask the cashier. Like don't you work here??

Aleah, you’re amazing! First and foremost, a fabulous listener and genuinely honest with your clients about what would look the best on them and how we will get there.
