After standing in the middle of the store for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me—hair in a bun and a child on my hip—I was starting to feel a little overlooked. I completely understand that the store was busy, with a long line and about four cashiers working the register. Thankfully, a very kind employee named ALEX came up to me and asked if I needed help. She was incredibly sweet, thorough, and genuinely attentive. Alex took the time to help me with four different facial products, making sure I felt confident, happy, and satisfied with each recommendation. She truly made me feel seen and valued as a customer. I’m very thankful that she noticed me and took the time to help despite how busy things were. Amazing customer service—Alex is absolutely an asset to your store. 5 ST

I had a terrible experience at Ulta’s salon. I went in to refresh my burgundy balayage and specifically told the stylist multiple times that I never color my roots and only wanted a gloss for shine and a color deposit refresh. Instead, she colored my roots red, put dark brown over it, and completely ruined my balayage. My hair now feels damaged, lifeless, and won’t hold a curl. On top of that, dye was applied without my consent while I was still at the sink, and I left with my forehead stained. When I spoke to the manager, she admitted it wasn’t what I asked for but brushed it off, then never followed up as promised. I’m extremely disappointed. They don’t listen, don’t take accountability, and don’t care about their customers. Do not waste your money here.

Unorganized. They make returning an item super difficult. I called customer service to return an online order they said I can take to the store . Store was unable to return item unless I had my original payment which was PayPal. Mixed information making it a headache. Honestly rather go to Sephora

Yesterday I went into Ulta to shop for a secret santa gift and I was lost and didn’t know what to get but Alex assisted me and gave me amazing recommendations and answered all my questions, and I left Ulta a satisfied customer :) 5 Stars for Alex !

I did some birthday shopping for myself on 6/12/25 and the staff was very friendly, welcoming and was willing to help out with everything that I needed. They gave me recommendations on products that suits me best and was knowledgeable on the products. Had great conversations with the staffs working there and enjoyed shopping at this location. I will continue coming back shopping for more so thank you to Gracie, Kyle, and Fatima for all of your help and the awesome shopping experience I had shopping there😁
