I love this Ulta but what I love more is Tatyana's service! She's always so happy to assist you and she's so knowledgeable! She greets you with a smile and it makes me feel so cared for! She's just all around so lovely. Last time she told me about a deal that was going on so I left we a mascara AND a free mascara primer! I wouldn't have known about the offer if it wasn't for her! So genuinely grateful 🙏🏼 thank you Tatyana!!

Mary. S. master stylist in the salon is phenomenal! I went years not doing my hair in a professional setting due to going throughout my childhood of multiple people not knowing hot to properly cut my hair. I literally learned to do it myself just to not have to go through the emotions of having a had haircut again. I took the leap & went to Mary and I don’t regret it one bit! At this point I have been going to her for years and have even taken my teenager for her first salon experience with her. Not every one persons hair is the same and she is very educated in what can and cannot be done based on the type of hair one has. She hears what you want and if it’s not suitable for you she will respectfully give you her professional input or alternative. I trust her process it hasn’t once let me

I had an amazing experience with Mary Soto, Master Stylist at Ulta Beauty in Sanford, FL! From beginning to end, she was professional, attentive, and truly listened to everything I asked for. She completed all of my requests perfectly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and skill really show in her work. I left feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair. I highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated stylist!

Trinity is PHENOMENAL. She made me feel so incredibly comfortable in her chair for both makeup & hair - plus I was overwhelmingly happy with the results. Honestly could not have asked for a better experience. In my whole 33 years this is the first time I have felt inclined to actually GENUINELY chit-chat whilst a service was being performed. She was so warm & open both about what she was doing as well as herself in general. I really enjoyed my experience & time with her & I will absolutely be coming to see her again. I went to Ulta to try Kylie Jenner’s new perfume 2.0 and check out some of her products. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the tester available, which was disappointing. I also noticed that many makeup items were broken or damaged, and several fragrances had no samples or were completely out. I still enjoy shopping here because they carry a wide variety of brands and products, but management should definitely pay more attention to maintaining testers and product displays in good condition. It would make the experience much better for customers.
