Ulta Beauty

I recently visited Ulta of San Angelo. I had to take a client in and was quickly greeted and assisted. Caitlin patiently listened to my client and their needs. She was able to suggest products regarding their needs. When asked questions about the products she was able to answer them and explained the products purpose and how they could help. She was friendly and even went to get the products and bring them back to my client to look at. My client has been using the products for a week now that Caitlin suggested and that they agreed on. My clients skin looks so much better and you can see the healing process. The things that Caitlin said the products would help with have actually been spot on. My client is 100% happy and is looking forward to going back for more products. Thank you Caitlin

Horrible attitude from girl (employee)with colored hair who was at an end cap. Stop to ask if they had a perfume I looking for. And she was so rude to me and did not help at all. I was going to buy several things because today is my wedding anniversary, but I will never set foot in that store again.

This place is my own personal Tartarus. My daughter really wanted some obscenely priced hand sanitizer for Christmas, so I made the poor decision to come pick it up in person. Immediately upon walking in the door I Am flash banged by a maddening mix of clashing scents and weird lighting so I am admittedly bit dazed, but I can't find the right "blue one" anywhere because I can't make sense of the layout in this store. After a couple of minutes of dazed wandering I was rescued by a wonderful member of staff that asked me what I was looking for then guided me to an aisle that appeared out of the ether like we had crossed over into Narnia. My daughter and I went in to find some age appropriate makeup for her birthday and we had the best experience! We were helped by the sweetest person who showed her the perfect line hypoallergenic products that fit her skin tone and let her try them all before she bought them. My daughter was so happy and felt so good about herself, as a mom it was a wonderful experience to share with her! Thank you all so much!

Jesse was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful — taking the time to show me different colors and explain the best way to apply each product. I couldn’t be happier with what I purchased and truly appreciated the extra care and kindness. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and patient — thank you, Jesse, for making my visit such a great experience!
