Wow! I originally tried to come here during thier renovation when they were closed. So glad I came back! I came on a slow night but my goodness - the service! Heather, the associate who helped me showed me exactly where things were, even gave me advice about the app and rewards. The cashier was equally kind & quirky and explained the rewards further, not to mention patient as I expected the items in the check out line without a line present. The new renovated layout? Intuitive if youve ever worked in retail and honestly, a solid marketing/customer flow for brand visibility move was a solid choice. Your friendly neighborhood ulta, just updated!

I came into the store a few weeks ago and was needing help with skincare. I felt like a lost puppy because I have a minimalist routine. I was in the market for something to help with dark spots and scaring on my neck. I was approached for assistance from one lady and she did good with trying to help me but I didn’t feel confident in what I was looking at. I wandered around for a few minutes and I must’ve had a perplexed look on my face. Heather rescued me and got me on track. I looked at her skin and knew she was the one that I could trust with what I needed. She asked me questions about what I was currently using and made suggestions and provided education. this was the worst customer service i have ever received. i have never even reviewed a place before until now because im normally not one to get to upset. i had placed 2 orders for pickup at the store. i arrived to pick up my order with my confirmation email, barcode, a picture of my ID. They then proceed to tell me they could not give the already paid for products away. i spent close to $300 on one order and am a frequent buyer of ulta. i will never again shop from here and i was utterly disgusted by the managers/ workers they said do you have a "work badge" i said yeah. Then they said that wouldn't work. Then showed them multiple receipts with my name on it, covid card, picture of my ID, debit card, account number and friend was also there to pick up her order and they would not give h

I had such a great experience with David, the skin specialist at Ulta! He immediately knew which Clinique cleanser would work best for my skin type. I’ve tried Clinique before, but no one had ever recommended the right product for me until now. What really helped me decide on what to buy was that David took the time to do a mini facial — it made such a difference! My skin felt amazing afterward, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. Highly recommend seeing David if you want someone who truly understands skincare!
