If you have had poor experiences with stylists in the past I highly recommend ULTA. I have jumped stylist to stylist but only ULTA stylists have been able to give me the cut I desire without the hair damage. So beleive me when I say: I walked in with high hopes and boy was I not disappointed! The cut I wanted conflicted with the length I had at the time. So, my stylist, Skye, discussed some options to achieve the style with my length in a way that complimented my features and actually listened to what I had to say. Like I said, I've seen a ton of stylists but none of them actually took the time to discuss the style I wanted and how they would approach it. That helped ease my anxiety. The hair cut is absolutely devine and I will absolutely be coming back. Something that did stick out to me

I couldn’t find the product I was looking for, but the staff here were extremely helpful and attentive. They approached me on their own and asked if I was looking for anything specific today. They really care about their customers and give great recommendations. One of the store associates, with a very friendly smile, gave me her full attention and even checked on her device to locate the product I needed. She told me it’s available at Ulta in Keizer and at Ulta Commercial. Excellent customer service!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND The make up artist with curly hair (I’m terrible with names sorry) was PHENOMENAL!! She did my make up and explained while she went. Giving me clarity on how to use, what to use, how to apply, what to apply, what to get based on my skin tone, eye type and wardrobe— and asked what I already had. IF YOURE LOOKING TO REVAMP UP YOUR LOOK, SHES YOUR GIRL! GO! DO IT! Spent $$$ and WALKED OUT FEELING LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS 🤣🥰

Was only able to get a few photos due to short window at this store. For starters, you cant even walk around because of the little kids everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. too young to even be buying anything like this. No parents in sight. No workers telling them to stop. Looks more like a playground at this point. Destroying nice lipsticks, spraying perfume everywhere, not putting anything back, etc. Workers were very unprofessional also. Most of them were occupied from babysitting so they get the benefit of the doubt i guess.

Walked in, looked at a few aisles intently, and not one of the 6 people wearing radios (who were not helping any customers) asked me if I needed any help. I worked at Best Buy & one of the things that was always drilled into us was to interact with every customer, just so they knew they were seen. Frustrating that no one could be bothered to ask me if I needed any assistance. So, I walked out & posted this review.
