Ulta Beauty

This store is huge. They have a lot of great products, and the staff seems very friendly. The only issue is that we went in to buy some cologne, and they didn't have the gift bag that came with it, so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, this is a pretty good store, and like I said before, it's huge. They have everything you need, except gift bags for the perfume you want to buy, lol.

I had an incredible experience at the Ulta in Tuscan Village. Lisbeth was so helpful, attentive, super knowledgeable, and patient in my visit today, she’s the only employee from any makeup store that has found me such a great shade match! Her questions about my skin type, finish preferences, and undertones really took the experience up a notch! Even learned a thing or two from her! She’s awesome and I hope to see her every time I go there, every Ulta needs a Lisbeth!

Nick is fantastic! and is my go to whenever I need help with any beauty questions. The first time I met him I had a question about what the best primer would be and he immediately pointed me in the right direction and suggested a Bobbi Brown one. Which is probably the best primer I’ve ever used! He’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, and really knows his beauty products. The second time I had to visit Ulta he was equally just as pleasant to work with. I’m happy that employees like Nick exist and provide such a wonderful shopping experience. This man deserves a raise!!!

Great Ulta. Well stocked. Staff were really nice and good vibes. I just needed an eyeliner so I got what I needed and had a quick checkout.

So i had a really odd and unpleasant experience at the Ulta in Salem, NH tonight around 8:45pm. I went to look at nail polish and was going to grab Holo taco(my favorite) until I saw they weren't on their Buy 1 get 1 50% off mix and match sale. Decided to go with OPI and Le Mini Macaroon(this one is new to me) instead as they were listed on the deal display. After spending 15min going back and forth with my kid picking a color(she was on the phone) I went to the front and neither scanned in under that deal. The manager, I presume, came up and told me that the OPI was not on the deal so she went back to read the sign, then came up to confirm with me that OPI wasn't on that sale. I know for sure it was but wasn't gonna argue in the moment so left to my car and found the same deal on their w
