If I could give zero stars I would. I wasn't offered any help. Even though I may look like I know what I want, I also enjoy being offered help to know what's hot in the store. Most ulta employees are friendly and helpful. Not this location!! I have never complained about Ulta during the 30 years I have been shopping here so this breaks my heart to do this. Mind you, this is my first negative review ever. My cashier Priya, not one smile, hello, greeting, please or thank you! What in the world?? She didn't seem to be having a bad day and that shouldn't matter. I sometimes consider that when someone is not pleasant especially while working in customer service. I work in finance and help people. I make sure to make my clients feel valued and important. That's not entirely her job obviously

Mia gave be a really nice haircut!! She; did some super cute wispy bangs and a nice healthy trim as well as a fantastic blowout! She was super sweet and professional I had such a great experience I’ll definitely be back!

As always, I had a horrible experience at Ulta. I truly don’t understand why customer service at this store is consistently so poor. The cashier, Jannet, was extremely rude. She gave me my change before I even had my hand out to receive it, dropped the change on the counter with a bad attitude, and didn’t say a single word. Before I had even left the register area, she walked away from her register, which felt very dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple bad experiences at Ulta, especially at this location. In contrast, other beauty stores are always welcoming, kind, and have amazing customer service. Because of repeated rude encounters like this, I do not plan on returning to this location.

Retraining opportunities for Jonathan! I’ve walked into ulta to make a purchase. I had waited first in line as usual when jonathan took another customer order who had cut in line. As I moved to where it seem is the line that worked for Jonathan I was the told to go back to the end of the line that has now grew. I expressed to Jonathan there must be a better way to organize the line. He tells me, “ I have nothing to do with the line. I apologize that you feel that way. I am going through my own personal issue too”. He was trying to imply that I was upset due to my own issue. I corrected him that this has nothing to do with personal life as I’m here to shop. Anyone who was first in line and the cashier took another customer over them would be upset. He continues to tell me he has nothing to

My wife and two others scheduled appointments. Two of the three appointments had to be canceled. I confirmed my wife’s scheduled appointment, that she will be there. When my wife showed up for her scheduled appointment, they refused to accommodate her for a scheduled appointment. She was very upset and had to arrange someone else at the last minute. This is a most unprofessional situation we have ever encountered. We will never go back and I hope others won’t either.
