The staff here at this location is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. During the holiday season they have great stocking stuffers for your ladies or gents that are in need of makeup and pampering products. 5 items for 2$ each is no joke now a days. They also have fun Christmas products that have gifts leading up to the day. It made my partner more excited and something to look forward to every day. They have a wide variety of skin care, make up, perfume, cologne, and spa products that span from many different companies and designers that honestly are at reasonable prices. I came here to purchase some perfume and makeup that my partner loves and I ended up getting way more at a cheaper price than what I was expecting. Btw the Paris Hilton perfume is very good. This place is good but many things online that it says this place has it actuallyvdoesnt...it doesn't have a full selection...however I always like Ulta more than Sephora...this just isn't my favorite Ulta location. They need more activity in the back in the salon...more energy is needed.

Booked a makeup appointment here and was very disappointed with the quality of the end result, the stylist was very nice but I had to go home and fix it myself and I cried. Did not look at all like my inspiration photos. Also, most times when I come here everyone has a bad attitude like you’re bothering them by being in the store, not everyone- but most of the staff when I’ve come to this location. Also the staff messed up my points and now I lost all my points, had over $130 worth of points and somehow their convoluted system makes it so you don’t get to use all those points and they can’t undo once you begin the transaction?? Their coupons also don’t apply to a lot of their items, what’s the point of the coupons then?

I really like the services provided for curly hair. It was my first time getting my curls done and I was nervous, but Michelle was very attentive to my curls and did a wonderful job. I would definitely come back again!

My experience at this Ulta was phenomenal, loved the entire vibe at the store, the staff were very friendly, great merchandise and overall sanitary, shout-out to Diana for her wonderful customer service as she helped my little sister find her make up needs, she's very nice, kind and passionate and has great taste in make up, she knows her stuff 👌🏽 I would recommend her and other staff at this location out in the San Gabriel region, everyone is very nice and loving, customer service is just excellent!!
