I went here on a hunt for the perfect scent! I'm in my glow up era and I've never delved into perfume before. I had some products from Walmart that smelled so nice but didn't last. I tried googling but the product I was recommended smelled way off and was super strong. I knew it was time to face my fears and go to Ulta. The store was large and it was difficult locating parfumes. However as I was awkwardly browsing, a store associate asked me if I needed help. I explained to her my situation and she was so courteous, patient, and kind! She lead me around the store with her expertise in parfumes and helped me smell and find ones within my budget. I was followed by a creepy guy from TJmaxx and all of the ladies in the store were so quick to help me and a very sweet girl with pink hair even walked me out to my car. The sense of community was strong and you should totally buy from this Ulta! It is also really clean and the atmosphere is lovely 💕

Went to Laila for an all over color, cut and blowout and she was AMAZING! She cares about the health of your hair, is full of knowledge and very professional. She even went so far as to help me with what makeup products worked best with my skin and how to apply it. She is definitely well rounded and highly skilled!

This location is nowhere near the standard of any other Ulta Beauty we have frequented. First and foremost, it’s filthy. The shelves are covered in smeared products, the floor is covered in dust and grime, and there are open products everywhere. It’s all sticky and grimy. There’s obviously no one cleaning anything or monitoring safety seals which is quite concerning considering it’s a health and beauty store. Second, everything is disheveled. The aesthetic can be summed up as a lazy teenager being asked to pick up their belongings for the first time in a month and stuff literally being tossed and left where it lands. The products are out of place, missing, upside down, or mixed up. This is not one of those places that you can actually find what you are looking for. I’m still mind-boggled.
