Had a great experience with Julie at the MAC counter yesterday. She’s actually helped me several times. She’s great! Gives excellent customer service. I bought everything she suggested and she even put it on me so nicely. Then Ulta honored my coupon today that I just got for yesterday’s purchase. Thank you so much ladies! Ulta, hire more people like Julie!!!

I was in the store a couple days ago and I just wanted to take the time and give tannia a big shoutout, not only was she the sweetest person I’ve ever met in retail but the most sharpest employee I’ve ever seen. I went to 7 Brew, TJ max, and a couple other stores and not one associate asked me about my day or nothing. Tannia on the other hand made great conversation with me, asked me about my christmas plans and just talked to me in such a way not a lot of employees would and it was just such a breath of fresh air feeling cared for and not just feeling like every transaction I had that day, it honestly felt so good to have talked to her and know a bit about each other and it just made me feel so special being in there. Went in for a specifically for a curly cut. I was told I was getting the master of all curly cuts. Unfortunately even after explaining exactly what I wanted and stressing several times how much my hair would shrink after it was dry. I ended up with exactly what I didn't want. Only positive part was that the stylist was super nice but of course that didn't help me. If you have curly hair. I definitely don't recommend. Save yourself the almost $100 that I paid with including tip.

I had an excellent experience getting my hair cut by the very kind, attentive, and thorough Channing! She made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling a lot more self confident after years of not having a proper hair cut and dealing with hair loss and thinning hair. Everyone there was super sweet and I literally wanted to go back the next day just to get a blow out or something. Channing also took the extra time and care to write down information for me. Thank you!

I’m really disappointed with my recent highlight appointment and overall experience, and I’m hoping this can be resolved fairly. The appointment took over two hours, which caused me to be late for work. I had to leave with my hair still wet, and during the wash my bra became completely soaked & Austin the stylist didnt apologize after this was brought up. While washing, she attempted to apply more bleach after this should have soley been washing the color out at the top of my head, which resulted in uneven application and missed spots throughout my hair. Her excuse was that the top didnt finishing processing... if this was the case you would wait longer and not apply more bleach At work, someone even pointed out white spots on my face, which I later realized were splatters of bleach.
