I just want to thank Ulta and all the ladies there. I had a makeup appointment yesterday with someone and after I left that appointment my eyes would not stop watering, literally ruining my makeup and the lady who did my makeup had already left the shop. I went to ulta to see someone could help and advise me on what to buy to fix the issue. The ladies at Ulta pulled out all the stops and made sure when I left that I was beautiful for my birthday and felt confident. Looking for a certain cosmetic line. Girls on floor were busy talking about life and pointed to the direction. I asked if they could show me specifically, and they said, it's over there in the corner... Then continue their conversation. I've been in this industry(retail) forever. It would have been nice if one of the salespeople walked me over. Checkout process... no better experience...WAITED...AND Waited....cashier helping a couple with applying for Ulta Card couldn't answer basic questions about utilizing the card..her response was...THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION...but she never had answer....2nd cashier talked about getting a manager to help with online orders but never called a manager over... Second, cashier would do online order then go back to her register... Meanwhile the line is buildin

I see Reese at the salon and she does an amazing job every time. As someone with curly hair, I really appreciate how knowledgeable she is and my cuts and color always turn out beautifully. She’s taught me so many helpful ways to keep my curls healthy and happy. Whenever I’m shopping in the store, everyone is friendly, asks if I'm looking for anything or need help and they are very knowledgeable. Michael was especially great at helping me find and choose the right products. Overall, a positive experience every visit.

I came to shop with a friend and the staff gave us plenty of space to browse. We could see the staff and they were at the ready when we needed help! I was looking for a particular skin care product and a friendly and informative staff member checked to see if it was available. Unfortunately, it was not. But, I found an equally enthusiastic and informative staff member in the Clinique aisle who helped me immensely with selecting a product. Laura was kind and knowledgeable about the line. I appreciated the time she spent sharing what may work best for my skin type. Thank you all!

I had my first appointment today with a hair stylist at Ulta in Rockford. My stylist was Reese . I highly recommend her. She is experienced, she listened to my concerns and gave me a lovely look. I’m sure I will schedule with her again. Also, the girls at the checkout were friendly and helpful. The experience from beginning to end was professional. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon!
