I didn’t know I could emotionally bond with someone in an area I don’t live in. I was in the area for the passing of my grandmother and needed waterproof mascara for myself and my mom. Amanda immediately connected with me offered her condolences and we shared a moment. It may not seem like a big deal for most but for me in that moment I was allowed to grieve and accept kindness from another human. Amanda it may not have seemed like much but in that moment you gave me peace. Thank you and God Bless you!

I don’t live in Rochester but was in the area yesterday around 1-2:30 pm on Tuesday. I went in with my sister and I was blown away by with how many things they have! They had every single perfume i’ve been looking for, they just have everything you want and more! On top of that, service is great. The girl cashing out my sister and I was very kind, talkative and humble😊 i believe she must’ve been wearing a white shirt, she also has long brown gorgeous hair. i would’ve shouted her out on here but unfortunately, i do not know her name😢 there should be more people like her in every retail store!

Booked a hair and makeup appointment only to have it cancelled because the stylist called in sick while I understand things happen people get sick but for a pretty successful business not have a backup makeup artist is just bad business. While thankfully it wasn’t my wedding day it still is bad business. Will never book with them again until they realize jee maybe we should hire a backup just saying.

Beautiful and clean store with friendly & helpful staff. You can always find your favorite products or something new & trendy to try!

I always have such a great experience at this location. The employees are top notch and make me feel so welcome. Emily and another girl (of course I’m spacing on the name) helped me. They were amazing. Definitely recommend this location to everyone always. Thank you ladies <3
