I really do recommend Genesis to be your stylist. I don’t know if I spelled that right but she is super nice and it makes you comfortable being there. I came there with my 5 year old because it was Sunday and no school, she accommodated me still, let my son sit in the chair beside me. My son was somewhat super energetic and active after a few minutes but she was so understanding, wiped his hands because it got messy from something, very naturally caring. I was stressed and ashamed because my son was just spinning in the chair but she made me feel understood and it made me feel better. 🤍🤍🤍 I don’t know if she’s new or not but that caring heart of hers will really get her far. ☺️

The store is always clean. The selection feels smaller sometimes but that’s okay. The problem I have is some of the younger people who work here will make fun of customers. I was standing in line and some the employees were making fun of people’s names and how they look. They complain very loudly about people who come in. It’s made me self conscious and kinda avoid going in here unless I have to. I just do self pick up now to avoid them as much as I can.

Had a brow appt with someone that has great reviews/feedback, but called out day of service so they automatically reassigned me without telling me before the 40 mins drive arrival. Proceeded with a lesser service- was okay but did not last more than a few days and had terrible bumps from the waxing. Will probably opt for a salon in the future. Got great help from (I think) Jessica on product selection and feedback!

Very disappointing experience (October 27, 2025, between 6–8 PM) at this Ulta location. The same cashier once again kept our change، this time nearly $50 ، after we paid $500 for a total of $453 (including a $5 tip). She acted rushed and distracted, saying “thank you, have a good day” to push us away without returning anything. This isn’t the first time; she did the exact same thing before and we ignored it then. But twice can’t be a coincidence ، it feels completely intentional. Management needs to review the cameras from 6 PM to 8 PM on Oct 27, 2025 and take action immediately.

12/10/25 Kayla was super helpful! I was looking for a shampoo that helps with hair that gets really oily fast and she helped me pick out the Odele shampoo! She was super friendly! 😁
