O MM GGGG!! I had to get an appointment last minute for a photoshoot and was very hesitant because I haven’t got my makeup done in a while and I feel like alot of styles dont suit me. kayleigh did my makeup PERFECT and it suited me so well, she listened to my concerns and walked me through the process very kindly. then alondra did my hair and I was in a bit of a time crunch and she got me out of there with time to spare and beautiful hair!! thank you ulta for these ladies they were incredible give them the keys to heaven!!! only con is I looked SO cute at the end of the night I didnt want to take it off!!! too good!

I went to Ulta at the Riverside Plaza to pick up some stocking stuffers for my daughter. Right away I had a customer service rep named Janise who was eager to assist me with my shopping needs. She was pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone there seemed so kind and they truly wanted to help the customers. Thank you Janise for going out of your way in helping me out. I went for a silk press appointment with Imani and it was beyond amazing from the prep to the service was amazing. She had an amazing energy and was so knowledgeable about the products. I felt comfortable and my hair looks amazing. Thank you

⭐ Only giving 1 star because it’s required. I recently started coming to this Ulta location, and each time I’ve visited, the experience has been disappointing. The employees often seem more focused on personal conversations or walking around appearing busy than on assisting customers. For such a large and reputable company, I expected staff who are at least somewhat knowledgeable about beauty products. I’ve been color-matched by three different associates here, and not one of them got it right. The customer service is equally poor — it feels like they simply don’t want to be bothered. I also attempted to make a return that was one day past the 60-day policy, and while I respect store policies, it’s the lack of empathy and professionalism in how it was handled that stood out. Very unprofessional team! They took my data without consent, signed me up for something I never agreed to, and sent bills to the wrong address, which caused my credit score to drop by 100 points. I do not recommend anyone to shop here or deal with them. And a word of advice: if you ever go there, be extremely cautious with their team because they steal customer data. Honestly, it’s best not to go to this store at all.”
