Good help from staff with finding things to buy, but the products there are opened and used. Check your inventory, Ulta- this is gross. And offer tester prices for your open products. Spent $12 on used lipstick today. I've never had this issue with their competitor..

I went into Ulta Beauty for styling services for my family’s Christmas photos, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was a little nervous because I’ve never had my hair styled at Ulta before. I booked online and chose Eli as my stylist. My gut told me to pick her for a reason—she was AMAZING! I explained exactly what I wanted for my updo and what I absolutely did NOT want. She truly LISTENED. My hair came out even better than the inspiration photos! As she worked, I mentioned a few small details I wasn’t fully loving, and she happily adjusted them until everything was perfect. No hesitation, no attitude, just great and professional service. I think I’ve officially found my new favorite stylist. Thank you, Eli!

I’m usually leary about coming to this location as the staff, and management are typically very rude, seem unhappy to be there and try to rush you out. The manager that is the worst is the young black woman. So condescending and unprofessional. The guy can be hit or miss. However, I’m glad I went in today, because Jaelyn completely turned around my past experiences! I came in to pick up an online order and Jaelyn greeted me and helped me with the initial task. Her presence was so warm and professional that I felt comfortable enough to ask her for help with shade matching a new foundation. She gladly helped. In the midst of the shade matching she also told me about the brow bar, and showed me some new Clinique products, and educated (walked me through) the importance of skin prep/hydratio

I believe she was the manager if she wasn’t please make her the manager. Her name was Amber or something with an A. I was looking for the drake cologne for my husband for Father’s Day and it was Sold out so i was looking for other options. She ended up finding one in a random spot and I’m so happy she went above and beyond for me. Thank you for your help and fantastic customer service. Many blessings to you .

I love Ulta! The products are always so good and have a lot of variety. I always like to get press on nails when I go. Their options are so cute! Most of my beauty products are from Ulta. No complaints. Love Ulta!
