Ulta Beauty

This is my favorite place to shop for all things beauty. At Ulta, you can browse skincare, get your makeup done, and actually learn a few things while you’re there. It’s more than just a store, it’s an experience. About a year ago, one of the reps at this location introduced me to Peach & Lily, and I swear by it now. Their products have helped my skin a great deal, and I’m truly thankful for that recommendation. The store is always friendly, and I usually get help right when I walk through the door. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and never makes the experience feel rushed or pressured. I typically spend between $120 and $200 per visit, and it’s always worth it. This is by far my favorite beauty store and my go-to location. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Went in to get some recommendations for my dark circles and Jessie was patient and very sweet recommended the “It do it all concealer” she did a skin match and everything at first I was skeptical but two other employees confirmed it looked great. and I cannot thank her enough. I see a difference and I absolutely love the concealer it’s worth every dollar.

Yolanda was really cool and went out of her way to help me find the Wicked-collab nail polish that my girlfriend really wanted :)

Customer Service was not the best on this particular day that I went. The store was clean and organized, which was great however, the attitudes of the sales reps and their demeanor was not very inviting or friendly. I hope this is a one off but if I experience one more occasion, like this, I will never be returning to this location again. -for guaranteed organized/clean store & great service, I recommend going to the s. riverside ave location in Rialto. I am a loyal, returning customer at that location and they never let me down
